Employee Mental Health Resources

OSBA Resources
OSBA and Capstone Insurers, who manage our board-paid insurance, have a number of mental health resources for employees.

1.  Resource Advisor - Licensed counselors are available 24/7 to speak with staff members and their household family.  The first three of these sessions are free, and if additional help is needed, they can suggest additional steps.

2. Live Health Online - This resource is a way to connect with general practitioners, but also board-certified psychiatrists online or over the phone.  On top of discussing issues, these health care professionals can also manage prescriptions as a part of these visits.  There is a cost to this service, but benefits are included with the board-paid plans and patient costs do not exceed $59.
