Welcome to Warrior Ridge Elementary. You make use the below link to print our enrollment packet. Please complete and bring to the Warrior Ridge office along with the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Child's Social Security Number
Vaccination records
Parent Picture ID (for notarization of safe school form)
Proof of Residency ( electric or water bill, lease, mortgage statement, or sales contract)
We must have the paperwork and above documents before your child can begin school.
