Audit
The District received an unqualified audit opinion from its independent auditors once again this year. No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies were identified in the audit report. The report states that the “financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position – cash basis of the governmental activities, each major fund and the aggregate remaining fund information of the District, as of June 30, 2011”.
