Accepting Sealed Bids
PUBLIC NOTICE
The following types of items are deemed surplus items by the Warren County R-III Board of Education to be sold to the general public. The district will be accepting closed, sealed bids for desired items until July 30, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. at the Warren County R-III Central Office located at 302 Kuhl Avenue, Warrenton, Missouri. A categorical list of items is available per request:
Classroom Supplies for preschool children (i.e., books, puzzles, games, toys)
Classroom Furniture - Elementary (i.e., desks, blackboard, books cases, file cabinets)
Therapy Equipment (i.e., SLP/OT)
Technology (i.e., TV, VCR, CDs, DVDs)
Outdoor Equipment (i.e., tricycles, log cabin, sand & water tables)
Miscellaneous (i.e., children’s dish/utensil sets, phone, laminator

The opening of bids will be held at 9:30 a.m. on July 30, 2010, at the Black Hawk Middle School Conference Room. Cash, Business Check, or Personal Check are accepted with proper identification. Warren County R-III School District is not responsible for any accidents.
