Michael Hoosier -
Went 6-2 at districts for Lincoln Douglas debate and missed quarterfinals only through tie-breakers. He finished 22-3 on the year and looks forward to a more sucessful senior year!

Mick Collias finished 5th in poetry reading (missed state by 3 places)
Krista Corvey took third place in Public Forum debate (missed state by only one spot!) She'll be doing great things for Rolla next year.

Willie Hawley was Krista's partner for the 3rd place Public Forum finish. Wash U or Vanderbilt will find that they have an incredibly talented student.

"The Calm Before the Storm" - The team started a new tradition by eating lunch at Shakespeare's in Columbia before the district tournament.

Derek Schulze and Jordan Kientzy - 2nd place Public Forum debate finishers and the VERY FIRST state qualifiers in debate IN WHS HISTORY!!!
Derek also took first in Original Oratory and will likely be doing wonderful things next year in Chicago at Loyola University.
