“Snow Routes Schedules”
School busses will use snow routes when secondary roadways are not passable because of the weather conditions. Announcement will be carried on the local radio stations, KWRE (AM 730), KFAV (FM 99.9), KSLQ (FM 104.5), KLPW, KMCR, and television channels 2, 4, and 5. The announcement will state that the Warren County R-III School District are on Snow Route, some may list them as Snow Schedule. You may also call 456-6901 for additional information. These snow routes will be approved at the December 13th Board of Education meeting.
Bus 1) The bus will travel normal route except it will not travel down the hill to Charrette Creek, Quarry Road pass the rock Quarry, or Royal Drive. Students that live on Charrette Creek should meet the bus at Easler’s driveway at 6:50. Students that live on Quarry Road pass the Quarry should meet the bus at the rock quarry at 7:05. Students on Royal Drive may meet the bus at Royal and Quarry Road at 7:10.
Bus 3DA and 3DB) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 4) The bus will not travel Pin Oak, Key Road, Lix, Township or Willow Road. The bus will travel Palmyra to Hitson hollow and turn around at 7:00. Students on Lix may catch Bus #7 at Lix and Hwy A at 6:50 or Bus #24 at Lix and Hwy W at 7:00. Bus # 5 will stop at Hwy 47 and Township at 7:05 and Hwy 47 and Willow Road at 7:08. Students on Key Road and Pin Oak Road should meet Bus # 24 at Hwy A and Township.
Bus 5) The bus will travel Hwy 47 from Delaloye back to Warrenton. Students on Powerline and Rock Church should meet the bus at Hwy 47. Powerline at 7:00, Rock Church at 7:05, Township 7:05. and at Hwy 47 and Willow road at 7:08.
Bus 7) The bus will travel on Hwy A only north of I-70. The bus will be in New Truxton at 6:40, at Pin Oak and Hwy A at 6:45 and Township Line and Hwy A at 6:50. All regular stops on Hwy A and Sunnyside Road.
Bus 9) The bus will travel its normal up to the intersection of Dryfork and Howard Branch and will turn around and return back to Hwy 47. Bus 13 will travel Dryfork from Pumpkin and Pines back to Hwy 47. Students that live on Little Dryfork may ride either bus. The pickup time for both Bus 9 at Dryfork and Howard Branch and Bus 13 at Pumpkin and Pines will be 7:00.
Bus 10) The bus will travel Hwy 94 and Hwy U. It will not travel Smith Creek, Sellenshutter, Merimonte, or Golden Oaks. Also the bus will not turn around at the top of Upper Bernheimer Road. Students that live on Hwy 94 between Hwy u and Sellenschutter will ride Bus 12. Students on Sellenshutter should meet the Bus 12 at Sellenshutter and Hwy 94 at 6:50. Students on Merimonte should meet the bus at Warrenton Woods at 7:05 and students on Golden Oaks should meet the bus at Hwy U at 7:15.
Bus 11) The bus will travel normal route except students on Pinnacle Lake should meet the bus at the South Outer Road at 6:50.
Bus 12) The bus will not travel Smith Creek, Kersten, Koch Creek, Pinckney Bottom road, or Cannonball. The bus will stop at Sellenschutter and Hwy 94 at 6:50, Pinckney bottom and Hwy 94 at 6:55. The bus will wait at Carl’s Garage until 7:05 then continue on the normal route. Students on Cannonball will meet the bus at Hwy 47.
Bus 14 DA) The bus will travel normal route except it will not travel into Oak grove. These students need to meet the bus at Hwy 47.
Bus 14 DB) The bus will travel normal route except it will turnaround at Woolf and Timber. Students that live on Briden Ct. should meet the bus at Woolf and Timber at 7:15.
Bus 16 DA and 16 DB) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 17) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 22) The bus will not travel Hickory Lick road. The students on Hickory lick road should meet Bus 23Da at Hickory Lick and Golden Vicary at 6:35. The bus will travel Hwy AA from Pleasant Hill Road to the North outer Road. It will make the following stops Pleasant Hill 7:05, Lohman Road (North Entrance) 7:15 North Oak 7:20
Bus 23DA and 23DB) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 24) The bus will travel normal route except Sheldon Road. Students should meet the bus at North Prairie Road. The bus will stop at Lix and Hwy W at 7:00.
Bus 25) The bus will travel Hwy Y from Pinnacle Lake Road to Jonesburg. The bus will stop at Hwy Y and Haney Farm at 6:30, Hwy Y and Bueltmann Road at 6:35, Hwy Y and Red School house Road at 6:40 and at the Jonesburg Car Wash at 6:50. The bus will then continue on its normal route.
Bus 26DA and Bus 26DB) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 27) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 28) The bus will travel normal route to Bauer’s stop on Pendleton Lost Creek. The bus will turnaround there at 7:00. Students on Lost Creek closer to Hwy U should meet the bus at Whitney Lane at 7:20.
Bus 31DA and Bus 31DB) The bus will travel normal route.
Bus 33) The bus will travel Schutzenground to the Reifschneider entrance at 6:55, the bus will then travel normal route with the exception that it will not travel Pinckney to Lost Oaks.
Bus 34DA) The bus will travel normal route except Spoede Lane. Students on Spoede Lane should meet Bus 22 at Spoede and Hwy AA at 7:20.
Bus 34DB) The bus will not travel into Woodridge as the students will be picked up at the entrance.
